Briargate
Briargate
is a 10,000 acre
master-planned community in northern Colorado Springs, north of Woodmen
Road and east of Interstate 25. Briargate features limited access
thoroughfares, generally sandy soils, and generally great views of Pikes
Peak and the front range of mountains.
Chapel
Hills Mall and related shopping opportunities are located in the
southwest corner of the community, at Academy Boulevard and I-25. Major
employers are also located adjacent to the Chapel Hills Mall, and include
USAA Insurance, the Focus on the Family campus, and the Fairlane
Technology Park.
Pine
Creek Golf Club is a great recreational asset in the northwestern
part of Briargate.
Briargate
is part of the Academy School District #20, which is a highly
regarded public school district.
Approximately
3,000 acres remain to be developed, which will include the
connection of Powers Boulevard on the eastern boundary at Woodmen Road to
Highway 83, in the northwestern part of the community. Briargate offers a
full range of residential types and price ranges from $100,000 to
$650,000.
